For all your day-to-day tasks, from organising a party to creating a shopping list, Wunderlist can help with everything. Essentially a virtual to-do list, this app allows you to create lists under different categories, for example work, holiday and home. It then sends notifications to remind you when a job is scheduled.

Todoist is an excellent app for project work to help improve group productivity. This great tool can be used collaboratively, meaning project tasks can be easily shared and assigned to different people. Todoist can be used across many different platforms including Android, Chrome, Windows, iOS and Mac which is really beneficial when the service is being used by groups of people who may all have different technology accessible to them.

With all that productivity it is important to remember to factor in some relaxation time. Pause is an iOS only app designed to help you combat stress, anxiety or regain your focus if you feel you have just a little too much on your plate. It has been designed to briefly take you away from work or external factors and give your brain a little break, which in turn helps to refresh your focus.
