VIDEO: Youth Commission Independent Advisory Group debate with senior police officers
In this video, members of the Police & Crime Commissioner’s Independent Advisory Group (IAG) pose some difficult questions to officers on subjects including Stop and Search, Hate Crime, and how large groups of police officers can be intimidating to young people.
The Youth Commission IAG was set up following The Big Conversation Conference at the American Express Community Stadium in September 2014. It includes five Youth Commission members and five senior police officers overseen by Superintendent Laurence Taylor, Sussex Police’s lead for children and young people.
