Defending Dad
FOLLOWING the recent Lancing Herald front page story 'Tragic mum's plea', I am writing to express my concern over my sister's portrayal of my late father.
The story is personal, and I do not wish to comment on that, but I feel it is very unfair for her to speak of our father as an uncaring man.
He was a caring and thoughtful father, who is no longer here to defend himself.
He gave us so much and we never wanted for anything.
I do not feel it was appropriate to have said this in public and I wanted to take this opportunity to defend his character.
