Hospital staff could not have been kinder

HAVING heard so much about the apparent state of things at Stafford Hospital recently, I decided to write in praise of my treatment in Worthing Hospital.

I am 88 years old and I was taken there, by ambulance, earlier this year, at about midnight, to A&E.

I ended up in an isolation room.

My husband and a son followed me to hospital.

In my time there I was attended by both male and female nurses, of many nationalities.

I was there for only four nights, but found kindness and

understanding in that time and think we are very lucky with our hospital and staff.
