Aquarena's height will set precedent for Worthing future development

In regard to last week's front page, if that's what is proposed for the Aquarena site, it will have great effect in blocking views of many properties besides that of forming a large, slow-moving shadow over many properties throughout the day.

I hope this is reflected in its height and taking into account when the winter sun is at a low level when will effect a much larger area.

It should also be noted that whatever height is approved, it will set a precedent for other developers to apply for the same heights, which will blight more homes besides the initial first that is approved.

I have seen it happen in other cities and it will be creep creep to greater heights.
