Black bin liner blues
JOE Public is very quick to criticise our canine friends if they defecate on the streets and beaches. But, as a resident of Bexhill, may I complain about the filthy spillage from black bin liners, carelessly strewn all over the streets by the occupants.
This is continual, especially over weekends, and any visitor to our town taking a pre-breakfast stroll would certainly lose his or her appetite very quickly. It is an absolute disgrace and beggars belief.
The overstretched refuse collectors must surely despair. Can we please respect them, and not just throw these unsanitary items, barely wrapped, onto the streets.
