Change is in order

YET again I find myself reading complaints in the paper about these so-called 'garden sheds' that have been dotted along the new promenade. They have been referred to as 'washed-up timber', 'pseudo barns', and a 'fly tipper's paradise'.

I notice the majority of these complaints come from those who have “moved to Bexhill for retirement”, from people who were not even born and bred here. May I take this opportunity to say that not everyone who lives in Bexhill is of retirement age, and sometimes a change is in order in any town! Minimalist or not.
