You say Worthing would like Primark but the town’s not big enough.

The nearest Primark is in Hollinbury, Brighton, and it’s on a hill.

I have a disability and getting up a hill or stairs is not always easy at times.

and when it’s icy or snowy, I can’t attempt or risk climbing in case I fall over which I’ve done on numerous occasions.

There is also George Clothing which again unless you drive is near a motorway and too far out.
