'˜Eyesore' building came as no surprise

No surprise to read the headline '˜eyesore' building in March 10 issue. After all it is only a few weeks ago that it was reported that Morrisons had not signed over the site.

Could this some how be tied in with the struggle they are having competing with the other supermarkets to retain customers?

It would never surprise me to see one of the big name stores go or at least shrink, now we know M&S do not wish to set foot in the town.
