Gross misuse of public funds

The action by the government to set up a Southern Rail review board should be conditional on giving back passengers what they have been deprived of including return of Seaford services and a toilet on trains.

To use the money £20 million just to prop up the franchise would be an abuse of public funds.

The government should also ensure passenger groups are involved together with local press. I am aware my group have been vocal and among others ably supported by local papers ie the Herald.
