Of course it would be a retrograde step to start weekly collections of refuse bins again. I agree with you 100 per cent. Why pander to lazy people who don’t or won’t consider where all these landfills are going to. We must prepare the ground for our future generations. If we don’t act sensibly now, our small island will become ‘litter’ bound.
