Modernisation of railways?

In recent months there have been letters The Metro and Evening Standard from the chief executive of GTR about '˜modernisation' of the rail system, but I am not aware of there having been any public consultation and it might be an idea if the MP arrange this.

It appears that the MP likes to use Twitter but bringing people together in a meeting might be more constructive.
