Thank you to Tesco and all who gave generous quantities of food

Worthing Foodbank manager, Julie Denyer, wishes to send a huge thank you to Tesco for allowing us to collect food outside their store over the three days from Thursday, June 30, and to all the customers who gave so generously, you gave 2,979.75 kgs of food and toiletries.

Big thanks also to all my wonderful volunteers who continue to support foodbank faithfully.

In 2015 Worthing Foodbank managed to feed 1,851 people a three-day food supply, that is 16,659 meals. So far, to the end of June this year, we have fed 779 people.
