May I, through your columns, thank all the citizens of St Nicolas Ward Shoreham who voted for me in the recent district election.

I am happy to be returned to the council for this ward and would like to inform all residents, whether they voted for me or not, that I am here to serve them all.

I would also like to thank all those who helped to run a smooth campaign, especially my wife Janet, who appears to have put in almost as many hours as me.
