Thanks to the Lions
ON behalf of Glenco Youth Football Club and our mini section I would like to thank Bexhill Lions Club for the award presented to us at The Town Hall on May 17.
Glenco is a family club , started in Bexhill by Glen Butchers, now our president , 21 years ago.
We provide football for ages six to 16 and more recently due to demand from parents whose young siblings are dragged along to training sessions. As these youngsters from three years started to kick the ball around, we formed our fun football group. But with little people comes smaller equipment and the award from the Lions will allow us to buy this.
