Time to fix the clock in Worthing

I am not happy! I was told by Marks & Spencer that the Montague Street, Worthing, clock would be repaired on Thursday, April 21 at 6pm.

I went to the store to view the work being carried out and, surprise surprise, no workmen, no nothing.

I have now written to the store manager twice and head office and have not received a reply. The petition that gathered much interest was sent in the second letter and I’m very disappointed that I have been treated in this way by being ignored! If all avenues of complaint have been pursued then what more can one do!

Suggestions please!
