Tories won't change franchise

The trouble with the Southern Rail situation is that while we are under this government, the remaining part of the franchise up to 2021 will stay the same.

It is all talk and no action which the general public are sick to death with.

Furthermore, the goverment has the power to scap the franchise and take up the Mayor of London’s idea for London transport to take over Southern Rail.
