WSCC cracks the whip on waste

The County Council is hell-bent on so-called '˜efficiency savings' to waste management.

The whole concept is that everyone (except them obviously) is not pulling their weight so our kind Tories have to crack the whip. I wonder if that’s true.

Isn’t the most likely outcome an increase in fly tipping which will then need clearing up?
