Lovely to feel independent

WENDY Taylor always seems to be moaning about something. Now, it's wheelchair access on buses ( Herald letters, March 18).

I have seen four different wheelchair users on our Durrington buses, each on their own.

It must be lovely for them to feel so independent.

The bus drivers are so helpful, pulling into the kerbs and lowering the ramps.

Who knows, Wendy, you may need a wheelchair yourself one day.

I am sure you would be grateful to be able to get on the bus.
