Shop suggestions for town centre

AM I living on another planet? I have only vaguely heard of Primark. Who are they and what is their merchandise that some feel that Worthing cannot do without?

Also, I have never heard of Starbucks and Apple store, so how can they be "top of the shops"?

I'm sure I am not alone in this, so how can they be the most popular?

Sounds like the American influence taking over yet again.

Personally, I loathe to see it, we get cheaper and cheaper instead of better and better and mostly due to the influx of young families and teenagers who want something quickly at low prices that they can wear for five minutes and throw away for something new.

I would like to see a really nice gift shop at medium prices, one that stocks tasteful pieces of jewellery and medium prices of greetings cards.

Cards are so costly these days, except those from the Card Factory.

There needs somebody to bridge the gap between them and the other very expensive card shops. Most of them have gone away now.

The new old-fashioned sweet shop in Montague Street seems to be doing very well, so why not be in keeping with a shop selling all types of cheese and also a coffee shop?

We used to have one years ago that brewed all manner of coffee beans and the smell as you passed their shop was delicious.

I know we have many superstores already, but I would still like to see a mini Sainsbury's.

I was also going to mention George at Asda, not the food store but the clothes collection, but have since learned that he has given up his lower range of clothes completely.
