Otway heads Hobbs line-up

John Otway heads the line-up of this weekend'sHobbs Farm Music Festival in Yapton.

The well-known musician will be the opening act of the first day of the annual fundraiser for the 4Sight charity.

Others on the stage at the intimate venue include the Tail Lights whose members have played alongside such musical legends as Gene Vincent, Leo Sayer and Mungo Jerry.

Further acts in-clude Kelly's Tattoo and The Visitors who have signed a distribution deal with Sony to have their music added to PS3 demo units worldwide.

Local favourites The Watermelons, The Matt Argyle Band and 6:15 will be among the others performing.

Entry is by advance ticket only, priced 15 a person a day or 20 for both days and half price for 5 to 16-year-olds. Under fives go free. Tickets from Karen, Bev or Tess at 4Sight on 01243 838008.
