Also on June 19 there will be a children’s cancer charity event for neuroblastoma in loving memory of Gemma Sharpe Registered Charity No. 326385 at Rye Baptist Church at 9.30am till 12pm, please go along if you can and show your support.

Gardeners ! The Parish Council would like to draw your attention to the fact that there are allotments at the Maltings to rent for just £15 or £10 per annum. Call the parish clerk on 01424 752698 for further details.

Peasmarsh CE Primary School Summer Fair will take place on July 12 2014, 12-3pm.

Adults £1 Children Free (although all children need to be accompanied by an adult).

There will be a BBQ, Pimms/beer tent, crafts, bouncy castle, dance displays and lots more. There are also pitches at the fair for small local businesses at £10 - please contact the school on 01797 230325 for information.

Carol Mitchell is opening her studio once again as part of South East Open Studios art weeks each weekend until Sunday 22 June 2014. The studio will be open on Friday,Saturday and Sunday between 11am and 5pm - Mill Cottage Studio, Mill Lane, Peasmarsh, East Sussex, TN31 6XA.

This Sunday there will be a service of Holy Eucharist at Peasmarsh church at 10am.
