Celebrity Channel 4 presenter spotted on Lancing beach: this is why

At 9am this morning (September 2) Kirstie Allsopp was seen filming with a camera crew near Lancing Beach Green.

The 49-year-old is best known for presenting property show Location, Location, Location on Channel 4.

Nic Cosson had just been for a morning coffee in the Perch cafe when she spotted the celebrity visitor.

She said: "I was delighted to see Kirstie and the film crew. Our lovely Lancing beach is clearly a great location, location, location."

A spokesman for Channel 4 confirmed filming is taking place 'for the next series of Kirstie & Phil’s Love It or List It'.

The show sees Kirstie and longtime co-presenter Phil Spencer battling it out to get homeowners to either sell their home or refurbish it - with Kirstie promoting the latter option.
