Funeral director Ashley Rendell, the new branch manager at H.D. Tribe in Surrey Street, Littlehampton, arranged the display to show how much people care about the sacrifices made.

He said: “We are living in some weird and wonderful times at present. Thinking of Remembrance Day and to show our support, I contacted a couple of local schools and we agreed that we wanted to do something to show our support, love and care to everyone who sacrificed so much for us.

“I have a large window display and I asked the Littlehampton schools if they would kindly colour a picture of a poppy flower in for me, so I have loads of bright poppies to show we care and are extremely grateful for everything they did.”
