Chief Executive, Helen Rice has recruited a new Chief Operating Officer, Sarah Watson, alongside Commercial Director, David Newton and Director of Localities and Partnerships, Jo Clarke. The team is completed by Head of Health, Susan Brigstock-Parker, Head of People, Parul Chatterjee and Head of Relationship Management, Claire Long.

Following the Coronavirus pandemic, the charity is experiencing huge challenges, including losses of £50,000 each month following the closure of its centres. There is also increased demand, due to the number of older people shielding or in self isolation.
