We should be acknowledging our great artists

Winners and entrants of the Farleys Arts Trust Awards with Sir Peter Blake

I know us oldies are being airbrushed from history but I’m sure Sir Peter Blake, one of our greatest artists (cover of Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band etc) was in the centre of the photo on p39 Your News section of last week’s issue.

If it was then it should be celebrated.
