Melanie Peters initially set out to collect 250 eggs – two each for the 105 children served by Worthing Soup Kitchen and those of the Russell Martin Foundation, a youth charity offering children support in sport, education and opportunity.

But after donations from friends and local businesses brought more than 1,000 eggs, she has broadened her horizons in support of other local charities.
