West Sussex County Council cabinet member for fire and rescue and communities, Duncan Crow, said: “This is an exciting step forward in our plans to provide a community hub in Worthing town centre. The hub will bring together library, children’s and youth, and registration services all under one roof for residents.

“The designs for the new hub are really exciting and will provide a modern, innovative space for all our residents and customers to visit and enjoy.”
