Police appeal over Worthing toddler's fall

A TODDLER was hit on the bottom, causing him to fall and hit his head on concrete.

Police have just released information about the incident when the boy, believed to be under three, was crossing Chapel Road with two adults and two children on October 18.

He was either hit or slapped by a black man of heavy build, estimated to be 5ft 8ins tall with a slight moustache and a bald head, causing grazing and bleeding to the boy.

He was then picked up by the woman in the group.
