Police attempt to reunite stolen items with owners

Police are attempting to reunite several items of stolen property in Worthing to their rightful owners.

Three bikes and a TV were recovered from a property in Mendip Road in Worthing on Monday February 4 and one 33-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods and has been bailed until February 18.

The items found wre a silver Trek 4 series mountain bike, a red Carrera Vulcan, a blue Sabre Ignition and a silver Pioneer TV.

PC David Elliot said: “These may have been stolen recently, and I’m keen to trace the owners if possible and make sure they are returned to their rightful owners.

“If anyone has had one of these items stolen recently please get in touch with us on 101 quoting serial 336 of 4/2.”
