Police investigate fly-tipping in Storrington
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a pile of rubbish was found dumped at Chantry Post, Storrington, on Friday, April 5.
It is believed the fly-tipping happened at some point during the day.
PC John Burt said: “It is possible that some horse riders who were on the Downs at the time may have witnessed this and there may have been some walkers in the area, too.
“I would urge anyone who saw this rubbish being dumped or has any information about it to contact Sussex Police on 101 quoting serial 0883 of 5/4 as we are keen to catch the perpetrators.”
