Cllr Dawn Barnett said a cat was attacked by two dogs on Beeding Avenue on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 18, and the incident resulted in a white woman allegedly being racially abused by a group of men.

Cllr Barnett said she was also concerned that no action had been taken in regards to the dogs which were ‘roaming the street again’.

She said: “These dogs are dangerous.”

Cllr Barnett said: “I just hope they are going to do something about it.”
