Police seek witnesses to Worthing hit and run

A WOMAN has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and other motoring offences, following a hit and run incident in Worthing.

Police were called to Pavilion Road, where a red Mini with white stripes on the bonnet had collided with several parked cars and had then driven off, at around 7pm, on Friday, July 24.

A 31-year-old Worthing woman has been bailed until August 23 while enquiries continue.

Anyone who recalls seeing what happened is asked to email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or phone 101, quoting serial 1386 of 24/7.

Alternatively they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
