Rail problems for Horsham district commuters

Rail commuters in the Horsham district have faced delays and cancellations this morning (Thursday February 19) following electrical problems.

Southern Rail say services towards Barnham via Horsham are subject to diversion after Three Bridges, alterations and short notice cancellations this morning.

This is owing to electrical power supply problems in the Horsham area.

Southern Rail say Metro Buses are accepting Southern tickets between Redhill, Three Bridges, Horsham and Crawley.

Replacement Buses are operating (only in this direction).

It’s not known how long the problem will last but is expected to continue to at least 9am.
