Scheme for 90 homes on site
Rose Green could see 90 homes being built on the outskirts of the area if a plan to demolish an existing factory and replace it with a two-and-a-half storey block of flats and 58 houses gets the green light.
The proposals by housing developer Barratt Southampton, involves demolishing the original Osborne Refrigeration factory, an office building and 120,122,130 and 132 Rose Green Road and redevelop the site to allow the company to move into smaller premises next door.
