ARTWAVE FESTIVAL 2016: Starts tomorrow, Saturday, until Sunday September 4. There is a 10 venue art trail in Seaford and Bishopstone plus many others throughout the district. Catalogues of venues are available from Seaford Tourist Information Centre, Church Street.

ARTWAVE AT DRIFTWOOD: 4 Marine Drive, Bishopstone opening tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday then every weekend until September 4 from 11pm to 5pm. Fourteen artists including paintings, ceramics, glass, garden sculpture and plant supports plus homemade tea and cakes.

STAFFORD ROAD OPEN HOUSE: 54 Stafford Road, come and see the work of nine new artists plus popular artisans from previous years. There is a kids corner and refreshments. Opening from 11am to 5pm, August 20 and 21, 27 and 28 and September 3 and 4. Part of Artwave 2016.

SEAFORD SWEETHEARTS WI: are holding their monthly meeting on Tuesday at Claremont Hall, Brooklyn Road from 8pm. New members will be most welcome.
