Self-defence class gets a date

The free self-defence class for Lancing residents now has a date.

Announced in response to recent crimes in the village, the self defence class will take place at Lancing Parish Hall on Saturday, November 12 at 1.30pm.

The class will be run by Cross Krav Maga instructor Keith Collyer and is free for all attendees over 16. Those under 18 will require parental consent.
