The radio station has teased listeners for months with a snippet of Clueless star Alicia talking and the cash prize has soared with each wrong answer.

Sharon, of Ghyll Avenue, Heathfield, came up trumps on Tuesday morning following a tip from her mother.

Sharon, husband Nick, a ground worker who is also 32, and their daughter Sheldon, two, and son Brogan, aged eight months, are now set for a bumper Christmas.

Screaming

And they intend sharing the cash with Sharon s parents Tina and Terry Corby, who are in their 50s and live in Aldervale, Crowborough.

Sharon said: 'I probably went a bit silly when I won. I started screaming as you would.

'I was not 100 per cent confident it was the right name. It was my mother that had the idea it was her. I needed some persuading.

'My parents kept going on at me. They have been trying to get through since day one.

'I have been trying for ages to get through. It seems like I have been trying for 10 years, she said.

'The two people I thought it was had been said. First of all I thought it was Mary J. Blige and then I was convinced it was Andie McDowell.

'It s going to make this a very happy Christmas. It will be shared between the family with a big chunk going to my mum and dad. They are looking to move house and it will come in handy for that.

'We will probably use a portion to enjoy Christmas and maybe have a little weekend break for the children.

'Everyone has been ringing up my mobile to try to congratulate me.
