SNOW: All Lancing and Sompting schools closed

ALL schools in Sompting and Lancing have closed their doors because of the severe weather.

Heavy snow hit Sussex last night and it is expected to last until Sunday (January 10).

The Sir Robert Woodard Academy, in Upper Boundstone Lane, Seaside Primary, in Freshbrook Road, Globe Primary, in Irene Avenue, Sompting Village Primary in White Styles Road, and North Lancing Primary, in Mill Road are all closed.
