SPACE for lots of fun in Littlehampton

Littlehampton Town Council’s Sport and the Arts Community Event (SPACE) will be launching from August 18 to 22.

There will be 600 free places available for children in Littlehampton to enjoy a range of sports and activities, from squash to croquet.

The sports events have been largely provided through local clubs including Littlehampton Cricket Club, Littlehampton Croquet Club and Littlehampton Community Tennis. Inspire Leisure is also supporting the scheme, alongside members of the Littlehampton Sports Forum.

New additions will include Pro-Coaching Academy, which is running two day-long football sessions, and the 4th Littlehampton Scouts who are hosting an indoor climbing session.

Experienced artists will also be offering some exciting activities from learning to play in a rock band and a recording studio experience to music and dance sessions.

Places are open for children aged eight to 14 who live in the Littlehampton parish, with sessions available for older children aged 11 and over.
