Storage container needed for charity move

ADUR Special Needs Project is busy preparing for its move from Shoreham to Lancing.

The children and special needs charity is leaving Adur Civic Centre soon after Easter and heading to Penhill Arts Centre, in Penhill Road, Lancing.

The new premises will be home to the charity’s activities, as well as its administration centre, but it means storage is needed.

Chairman Richard Bolton said: “Our charity offers something of a lifeline to families in the area who have special needs youngsters.

“It is crucial that we secure suitable storage for our wide range of equipment and toys. Any assistance that anyone can give us with this would be very much appreciated.”

The building is being refurbished throughout and brought up to the required standards for disabled use by West Sussex County Council.

There is a large area of hard standing in the grounds and a pre-fabricated garage, large container or sheds could be put there, subject to agreement.

The project said public acknowledgement would be given to any individual or organisation able to donate storage of this nature. Email [email protected] or telephone 01273 441866.
