Summer fair at St Mary's

St Mary's Wrestwood Children's Trust hopes for sunshine for its Annual Summer Fayre on Saturday June 13.

The Fayre this year has a circus theme and will be held in the grounds of the School and College in Wrestwood Road from 12:00 '“ 3:00pm.

Stalls include the ever popular Grand Raffle with 50 prizes; the first prize being 100. There will be a bottle stall, summer raffle, children's raffle, tombolas, cakes, barbecue, refreshments and a bouncy castle, as well as plenty of games for both children and adults and an opportunity to enjoy a glass of Pimms or indulge in a bowl of strawberries served with cream.

There will be a children's fancy dress competition, with free entry. The dancy dress Parade will take place at 12:30pm followed by judging and the theme can be related to the theme of the Circus or otherwise left to the imagination.

During the afternoon there will be a display by dancers from Lacey Theatre Arts and also King Offa who will perform their Maypole and Garland dances.

A warm welcome is extended to everyone to come along to the Fayre for a fun afternoon. Outside stalls are available to hire and further information is available by contacting Sue Munn or Kay Parkin on 01424 730740.
