Sussex travel: Slow traffic after scaffolding falls on A27

On the A27 in Shoreham there are reports of slow traffic due to scaffolding plank on road on A27 Shoreham By Pass Westbound around A283 Steyning Road (Steyning turn off).

Meanwhile, an earlier accident on the B2123 at Falmer has been cleared and traffic is returning to normal. The incident blocked the road both ways between the A27 Falmer Hill and Bexhill Road.

In Brighton, there are reports of slow traffic and traffic heavier than normal on Dyke Road Avenue Northbound before the A27 (Hove turn off).

Over in Hastings, there are reports of congestion on the A21 Sedlescombe Road North near the A2100 Junction Road.
