However, the cloud will linger with weather experts not promising much sunshine on Tuesday (August 18).

There could be a splash of rain in a few places on Wednesday morning (August 19) but overall it is looking like an improvement on the week that has just been.

There are currently no weather warnings in place for Sussex from the Met Office.
