Swimathon plan in Felpham

Swimmers are being invited to take part in the world's largest swimming fundraising event at the Arun Leisure Centre in Felpham.

Its pool is hosting the Swimathon 2008 between April 17 and 20.

Those who go along are among an expected 19,000 swimmers at more than 500 pools around the UK taking part in the charity event.

Sponsorship will go towards the Marie Curie Cancer Care charity's high quality home nursing service and The Swimathon Foundation.
