DETECTIVES investigating the death of a Lancing bomb disposal expert, who was last seen in April 2014, have arrested a third man.
Mark Manning, 54, of Brighton Road, was a former military bomb disposal expert and is believed to have been killed.
Police have now arrested a 42-year-old man from West Worthing on suspicion of murder.
It comes after two men, aged 50 and 39, were arrested in May also on suspicion of murder. All three have been bailed until 15 October.
Mr Manning had worked for the Mines Advisory Group, a charity that removes landmines and other dangers.
A murder inquiry began in June 2014, but no one has reported hearing from or seeing Mr Manning and his body has not been found.
