Third man witnessed attack in Worthing

A MAN was attacked in Worthing after an argument between two men became violent.

Police have just released details about the incident in Rowland’s Road at the junction with Surrey Street, at around 4pm, on November 20.

A knife was brandished but not used during the assault,

The attacker was arrested and released on bail and the victim suffered bruising from the attack.

A third man, described as white and in his 70s, is believed to have witnessed the assault.
