This week’s applications submitted to Arun District Council

An application for a lawful development certificate has been submitted by Bairds Farm Shop to build the new facilities at its site in Crookthorn Lane.

Other applications submitted to Arun District Council this week include:

Angmering:

Outline application to create a detached dwelling, which affects the setting of a listed building, at the Old House in the High Street.

A two-storey rear extension to an existing building with dormer windows to the side of existing roof, and new vehicular access and crossover to existing stables at Brackenside, Dappers Lane.

Climping:

A single-storey front extension to a property to extend an existing kitchen at 4 The Hamlets, in Waterford Gardens.

Kingston:

Two storey extension to rear under double hipped roof and new porch at 89 Golden Avenue.

Wick:

Build an additional storey to create a two bedroom flat, atop existing single-storey building, thereby creating an additional dwelling for Chauffeur Taxis at 135A Wick Street.

Tortington:

Ground and first floor extension at the side and rear, as well as internal alterations, to The Lodge at Tortington Manor, Ford Road.
