Top marks for school
THE look on their faces says it all '“ students at Tideway School, Newhaven, have something to celebrate - the results of an Ofsted report which is full of praise.
The inspection came less than two years after the school suffered the UK's worst school fire.
A 10 million rebuilding scheme is due to start this summer. All areas were reported as good or satisfactory by inspectors who visited on January 31 and February 1.
Delighted headteacher Adrian Money said: 'I was particularly pleased that the inspectors recognised the students' maturity and their sense of responsibility for the community.'
