Car overturned in Lancing

Police and the ambulance service were sent to the scene at around 10.30am this morning, where a silver car had overturned.

Officers closed the road to prevent buses and other vehicles getting near the scene.

A Sussex Police spokesman said: “Police were called to reports that a car had collided with a parked car in Grinstead Lane, Lancing, at 10.13am on Tuesday (15 August).

One person sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

The road was reopened shortly after 11.30am.”
